In 1992, we built our first factory ,covers an area of 9980 square meters，including the area of buildings about 3550 square meters.Our factory producing casting for a long time. But our factory changes more over the time. This year we set up a research team and we also update our equipment year after year. After 30 years of experience we have a mature production system of casting and our annual output exceeds 2000 tons.

Our investment casting factory covers an area of 40,000 square meters; The number of employees is 310; The annual output is 8000 tons; The weight range is 0.1~50KG. In 2021, the investment casting factory will be completely transformed, including equipment transformation and process improvement, and new equipment and materials will be selected to improve work efficiency, increase production capacity and improve the working environment.

Sand casting factory

Company sand foundry factory covers an area of 25,000 square meters; The number of employees is 60; The annual output is 5000 tons; The weight range of products can be 40~2000KG; In 2018, we completed the transformation of sand casting factory, added automatic molding line, changed baozhu sand technology and introduced advanced Fujifilm electric furnace, so as to save labor cost and meet the national environmental protection requirements. Save labor cost, energy saving and environmental protection, in line with the national environmental protection requirements. It is expected to add a second automatic molding line in 2021, and the annual output is expected to be 7,000 tons after completion of the transformation, and it will continue to increase in the future.

Steel Casting Foundry 2

In 2018, the company is in the process of establishing a new investment casting factory, investing more than 60 million RMB, acquiring a land of 55000㎡. It is predicted to have 200 workers with new equipment and process control. The new factory has started its production in 2021.

Steel castings shell molding casting project

ince 2020, We has taken the lead in the casting industry to use precoated sand made of phenolic resin and pearl sand to conduct shell molding casting research. After more than a year of testing and mass production, the current shell molding casting technology has been relatively mature, and the product quality has been greatly improved. After more than a year of testing by domestic and foreign customers, the high-quality and stable product quality has been appreciated.

Machinery Factory

Our machining plant has six horizontal machining centers, twelve vertical machining centers, and many CNC machine tools. The annual output value exceeds 15 million yuan.
